Ingredients

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 small clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise and olive oil vigorously until smooth. Whisk in vinegar, parsley, thyme, chives and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
