Buttermilk-Garlic Mashed Potatoes

    Way too runny! Taste was good. My family thought that it was soup! Next time I will use less milk initially, and add it as I cook. Nice touch with the buttermilk. Will use this when I make "normal" mashed potatoes from scratch.

    There has to be a misprint in this recipe. It is way too runny. Next time I will try 1/3 c buttermilk + 1/3 c milk with fresh potatoes.
