- 4 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) buttermilk low fat
- 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise lite
- salt & pepper to taste
- Whisk ingredients together in small bowl or pitcher. Pour over salad & toss. For less thick dressing, add a couple of tablespoons of water. Recipe can be easily doubled or downsized. Great on tossed salads as well. Refrigerate leftovers.
