Buttermilk dressing

Quick and easy dressing for potato salad or coleslaw. Great on tossed salad as well. Refrigerate leftovers or make smaller amount for tossed salads.

Yield: 1 serving ( Serving Size: 1 large salad )

Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoon(s) dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) buttermilk low fat
  • 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise lite
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Whisk ingredients together in small bowl or pitcher. Pour over salad & toss. For less thick dressing, add a couple of tablespoons of water. Recipe can be easily doubled or downsized. Great on tossed salads as well. Refrigerate leftovers.
