Buttermilk-Chive Dressing

    Quick and easy, I've used it several times. I've even made it with "buttermilk substitute": Milk and Lemon juice, and it always comes out well. Best if refrigerated for several hours. This time I drizzled it on the Grilled Romaine and used it with Chicken Strips.

    very good....used with the grilled romaine. have not tried milk/lemon juice method in place of buttermilk, but will.
