Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons light rum
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil, stirring constantly, 3 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in pecans.
