- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups shelled fresh green peas, cleaned (about 2 pounds unshelled)
- 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
How to Make It
Sauté onion in butter in a medium saucepan until tender. Add peas, lettuce, and chicken broth. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until peas are tender.
