Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 (2-pound) package powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons clear vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Preparation

1. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar, cream, and salt, beating until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla and, if desired, almond extract.
