Butter Pecan Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box(es) Butter Pecan cake mix
  • 1 can(s) coconut-pecan icing
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) buttery extract

Preparation

  1. (Use large bundt pan)

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  3. Mix together all ingredients. Pout into pan sprayed with Bakers Joy.

  4. Bake for 45 - 55 minutes or until tester comes out clean.

  5. NOTE: this recipe can be converted to any flavor pound cake - just change cake mix and frosting combinations.
