Gorgeous, whole radishes dipped in salted butter make for a quick and easy, spring side dish. Chill for 25 minutes and serve with sea salt.
8 ounces (1 cup) salted butter
30 radishes, washed and trimmed
How to Make It
Melt butter in a double-boiler over low until thick and creamy. Dip radishes into melted butter to coat, and transfer to a parchment paper-lined sheet pan. Chill until butter sets, about 25 minutes. Serve with sea salt.
