- 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 8 tablespoon(s) butter chilled
- 3/4 cup(s) milk
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Cut in chilled butter. Add milk and form into ball. Knead lightly on a floured surface. Roll out to a 1/2" thick square. Cut into 16 squares. Place in a buttered glass dish and butter tops of biscuits. Sprinkle lightly with Kosher salt. Bake at 450F for 15 minutes.
