Ingredients
- 2 c gr beef
- 1 lb frozen veg
- 1 can cr mush soup
- sal & pepper
- 3 c mashed potatoes
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400F. Brown2 c grnd beef. Toss w 1 lb mixwd frozen veg, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, salt & pepper to taste. Top with 3 c Mashed Potatoes. Bake for 25 minutes
