Burnt Butter Glaze

Yield about 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk

How to Make It

  1. Place butter in a heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat until golden brown, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add milk; beat until mixture is slightly thickened. Use immediately.
