Make your burgers taste better with this delicious steak burger recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground top sirloin steak
  • 1/2 cup chopped Portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon® Roasted Beef Base
  • 2 tablespoons red wine
  • 2 teaspoons chopped thyme
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper

How to Make It

  1. Preheat grill to 400°F.

  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and make 1/2-inch thick patties.  

  3. Grill for 10-15 minutes or until cooked to your desire temperature.
