Buffalo Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wing drummettes
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Spice Islands Beau Monde Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands Pepper, Black Medium Grind
  • 1/2-2 teaspoons Spice Islands Red Pepper, Crushed

How to Make It

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.


  3. Layer chicken wings on shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.  Bake for 45 minutes, turning once.


  5. Combine hot sauce, butter, Beau Monde seasoning, black pepper and desired amount of crushed red pepper.  Mix well.  Drizzle over wings.  Continue baking for 15 minutes until wings are tender and lightly browned.  Delicious served with Beau Monde Dip.
