Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Hot buffalo chicken dip to be served with tortilla chips

  • Yield: 15 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 pound(s) chicken breasts - 4 breasts, poached & shredded
  • 12 ounce(s) Franks Hot Sauce
  • 16 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 16 ounce(s) ranch dressing - or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup(s) celery - minced (optional)
  • 8 ounce(s) cheddar cheese shredded

Preparation

Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes (covered) + 10 (uncovered)

Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, half of cheddar cheese and hot sauce

Add chicken

Spread in 9x13 pan or casserole dish

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until sides are brown

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top

Cook additional 10 minutes uncovered until cheese is lightly browned

Serve with tortilla chips
