Ingredients
- chicken breasts
- eggs
- panko bread crumbs
- Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
- butter
- blue cheese dressing
- vegetable oil
Preparation
- Heat oil in frying pan
- Rinse chicken
- Scramble eggs
- Dip chicken in eggs
- Coat in panko bread crumbs
- Add to frying pan and cook till browned on both sides flipping over
- As chicken is done, add to a baking dish
- In another large fry pan add one cup of Red Hot Buffalo sauce and one cup of butter until melted
- Add each chicken breast and cook for about 2 minutes on each side
- Serve with blue cheese
