Brussels Sprouts with Leeks

Ingredients

  • 1 pint(s) Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 piece(s) medium Leek
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Brummel and Brown spread

Preparation

Steam sprouts for 4 min. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again.

In large skillet over medium heat, melt B&B spread. Saute leeks for 4 minutes, until clear. Add Brussels Sprouts, saute for 4 min more.

Serve Warm
