Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the brussels sprouts and sauté for 10 min, stirring occasionally. Make a hole in the center of the pan and add the garlic. Saute garlic for 30 seconds in that space. Mix the garlic and brussels together for 30 seconds. Sprinkle the chicken bullion cube over the brussels and stir. Pour in the water and quickly cover and reduce the heat to low. Steam for 4 mins. Uncover, add a splash of lemon juice, some salt and pepper, stir and serve.
