- 1 lb sausage, browned
- 1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
- 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 10 eggs
- 2 C milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- dash pepper
- Grease a 9 X 13" pyrex dish.
- Line bottom of dish with bread, then cheese, then sausage.
- Mix together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
- Pour over other ingredients.
- Chill overnight.
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
