Great recipe. Easy to make. Would certainly make again. Going into my "keeper" file. Finally gluten free without all the sugar.

I do not see almond butter in the ingredient list. I assume its missing "butter" but how much? Guess I'll try 1 stick of butter & see what happens. Thanks.

I'm following the paleo diet, so I modified the sugars to be honey. I used coconut oil, because it's what I have available I added dates and walnuts to the recipe, what can I say, moist and luscious goodness!
