Brownie-Mint Pie

This is also good made with a ready-made crushed oreo pie crust. It's fast and easy to make.

I loved the hint-of-mint flavor that these brownies had. What I didn't love was the crust...I don't think it brought anything to the table. Will make this again, but just as a pan of brownies instead of as a pie.

I love this recipe! My mom has always made it and it is a definite crowd pleaser. So easy, too: Ghiradelli double chocolate brownie mix and Andes mints- yum! So excited to carry on the delicious tradition :)
