- 1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1 large shallot, minced
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Preparation
- Whisk together white balsamic vinegar, minced shallot, light brown sugar, freshly ground pepper, vanilla, and salt in a small bowl. Add olive oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly until smooth.
