Brown Sugar Glaze
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Stir in vanilla.
