Brown Sugar Glaze

Yield 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil 1 minute. Stir in vanilla.
