So good, so easy. I was wary about the the bourbon but I couldn't even taste it in the end. I may just leave it out next time. Regardless, using the bourbon made a beautiful and delicious ham.

I made this for my family and everyone's jaw dropped -- WOW! After a few days of picking, sandwiches, etc., we threw all the leftover bone, meat and juices into a couple of cups of cooked white beans, baked it for 6 hours at 300 degrees and had the best baked beans ever. Thank you for such a great recipe!

I served this at a dinner party for 50. The glaze is the perfect midway point between savory and sweet (if you have that debate at your house like we do). Because I was feeding so many, I used a ready-to-cook 11 lb ham. The glaze couldn't do its work all the way through my too-large ham, but the area the glaze did affect was wonderful. I imagine on a smaller ham this would be incredible.

This is the best ham recipe. I made this for a Sunday dinner and the whole family (most are picky eaters) loved it. My husband said "this is the best ham he ever had". Please keep in mind my mother in-law has the best ham recipe in the family. Not any more . . . hehe!

I made this for Easter, exactly per the recipe. I gotta admit, I was leery of the strange concoction of ingredients, but BOY was it a hit! Everyone loved it!
