Peel oranges, and cut each crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Divide oranges evenly between 2 plates. Combine brown sugar and vinegar; drizzle vinegar mixture over oranges. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
I thought this recipe was just okay. Like the other reviewer, I used Splenda brown sugar. I think that the orange slices dried out too much over the two hours. The slices were a bit dry and tough by the time we ate them. My husband didn't even finish his serving. I might try this again but only marinate for 30 minutes.
