Delicious and really good on pancakes! Fast and easy and uses those peels you were going to throw away anyway! If I could figure out a way to thicken it up some it would make a nice addition to a holiday gift basket in a pretty, decorative bottle. I'm making apple butter today and using the peels for the syrup!
