  • 1 cup (8 oz.) salted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

How to Make It

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium; cook, whisking constantly, until butter is golden brown and fragrant, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a medium bowl, and stir in lemon juice and sea salt.
