A handful of ingredients and only 13 minutes are all you need to turn salmon into a sweet and tangy entrée with a beautiful amber-colored glaze. Serve with steamed sugar snap peas and rice to complete the meal.
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons curry powder
4 teaspoons county-style Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
How to Make It
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir until smooth. Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush honey mixture over fillets. Broil 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
