How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat broiler.

Step 2

Combine Gruyère Cheese Sauce and nutmeg; stir until blended.

Step 3

Sprinkle roughy fillets with salt and pepper. Arrange fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 6 minutes. Remove pan from oven; turn fillets over. Spread 3 tablespoons cheese sauce mixture over each fillet. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil 2 minutes or until fillets begin to brown (watch carefully).
