How to Make It
Place rib eyes on a well greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heating element 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Transfer rib eyes to a warm serving platter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
