- 1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to Make It
Place tenderloin slices on rack in broiler pan . Broil 3 to 4 inches from heating element 2 minutes on each side or until evenly browned on both sides. Brush with butter, and sprinkle with salt. Serve hot.
