Broiled plum tomatoes

- 9 plum tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned dry breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese.
- cooking spray.
- Preheat broiler. Cut 9 plum tomatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out and discard seeds. Place tomato halves on jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon seasoned dry breadcrumbs over each tomato hal, and top with 1 teaspoon shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese. Coat tomatoes lightly with cooking spray. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
