- 1 dozen unshucked oysters
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
- 3 slices bacon, cut into pieces
- Dash of paprika
How to Make It
Rinse oysters thoroughly in cold water. Shuck oysters, reserving deep half of shells. Arrange oysters in a single layer in a shallow baking pan.
Combine sauces; brush oysters with sauce mixture. Place a piece of bacon on each oyster; sprinkle with paprika.
Broil 4 inches from heating element 3 to 4 minutes; serve immediately.
