- 3 (12-ounce) cans fresh Select oysters, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
- Lemon slices
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
How to Make It
Place oysters in a 13- x 9- x 2- inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil 4 inches from heat 5 minutes or until oysters are curled. Turn, and broil 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking dish; drain well. Place on warm serving platter; garnish with lemon slices. Serve with melted butter.
