    This was fabulous. I would definitely serve this to guests. I've used basil as other reviewers suggested and thought it was as delicious as the parsley. I've also used goat cheese instead of feta. This is our favorite Mahi recipe.

    Haven't made it yet, but looks delicious! I was wondering how to put the sauce under it before broiling so it absorbs more flavor rather than just plating it that way. Don't know if its possible because I don't do much broiling.

    Family gave it a five yum rating. I tossed in a bag of fresh spinach to increase the vegetables and made a meal of it.

    WOW! Just finished making and eating this dish. It's fantastic. I added angel hair pasta to and it was a very satisfying meal. I plan on making more sauce next time...it's delicious. Enjoy.
