Ingredients
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce, divided
- 4 (6-ounce) flounder fillets
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Cooking spray
- Lemon wedges
Preparation
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine first 3 ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
- Sprinkle fish with 3/4 teaspoon hot sauce, lemon juice, and next 3 ingredients. Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
- Broil fish 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
