Broiled Chicken In Garlic Sauce

- 14 piece(s) chicken
- 14 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) salt
- Accent seasoning
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup(s) sherry wine
- Marinate the chicken in the crushed garlic and lime juice. Let stand for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Brush the chicken generously with vegetable oil and broil skin side down for the first 20 minutes. When they start to brown sprinkle salt, Accent, and pepper over it and pour half the sherry wine. Turn chicken and repeat this procedure when this side begins to brown.
