  • 1 tablespoon butter-flavored yogurt-based spread (such as Brummel and Brown)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups broccolini (about 2 bunches)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Heat yogurt-based spread in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add broccolini and lemon juice; sauté 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
