Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter-flavored yogurt-based spread (such as Brummel and Brown)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups broccolini (about 2 bunches)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
- Heat yogurt-based spread in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add broccolini and lemon juice; sauté 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
