- 4 (6 oz) tuna steaks
- 1 cup stir-fry sauce
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 bag (16 oz) Birds Eye® Broccoli Stir-Fry
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted, if desired
How to Make It
Preheat charcoal or gas grill. Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
Grill tuna to your desired internal temperature, basting with ½ cup stir-fry sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Remove from grill and let stand.
Heat oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add broccoli stir-fry and cook for 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 6 minutes.
Add the remaining 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce, scallions and sesame seeds; cook for 1 minute longer.
Serve grilled tuna steaks over vegetables.
