Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 (16-ounce) package broccoli slaw
  • 2 small Rome apples, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Preparation

  1. Whisk together first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; gradually whisk in oil. Add broccoli slaw, apple, and raisins; toss well to coat. Cover and chill 3 hours.
