Ingredients

  • 1 bunch (about 1 pound) trimmed broccoli rabe, cut into thirds
  • 1 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

  1. Combine broccoli rabe, chicken stock, and golden raisins in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 10 minutes. Drain, reserving stock; place rabe mixture in a bowl. Return stock to skillet; cook over medium-high heat until reduced by half. Pour over rabe mixture; sprinkle with pepper and kosher salt.
