Really tasty! I loved how creamy it was. The next time I make this I'd like to reduce the dijon and try putting it in a casserole dish in the oven for a few minutes. I'd definitely recommend making this if you have children.

This was great. The Worcestershire sauce and Dijon really made the recipe. We did 1/2 Gruyere and 1/2 Cheddar because I had a block of Gruyere on hand and it made for a nice combination - although not low fat or fat free. Normally, I find mac and cheese recipes that use flour are grainy although I did not have a problem with this recipe.

This recipe totally has potential. It needs more flavor...more thyme or some spice or something. I think some sage and garlic would be a good addition. I added a bit of crushed red pepper and that helped. I also suggest first making a roux by cooking the flour in the butter to make a paste and slowly whisking in the milk. But that's me :) Give this recipe a try and tweak to get the flavors you like!

Loved this!! Our children loved it, too. Very creamy without being clumpy. Good cheesy taste. I did add a slice or two more of bacon. I had a nice quality worcestershire which I feel added a lot of good flavor to it. Will make again for sure!

A little bland for our tastes. I do appreciate the incorporation of broccoli, but this just didn't cut it for us. Not sure why - my fave mac n cheese recipes call for Worcestershire and mustard, so I figured I'd love this. It just needs more (spices? cheese? something).

I expect to be making this recipe often. It was comforting without the guilt. I substituted smoked salmon for the bacon and sharp cheddar just because I've never been a fan of reduced fat cheeses.

Really really good and easy! I made it with fat free milk and no butter, but it was still a hot.

Made as directed. Did use a second piece of bacon (used regular thick Applewood smoked slices). Had to pour off most of the bacon drippings, but had wonderful browned bits in the pan (didn’t need to add the butter for the sauce). Thought it had a lot of flavor - the bacon and broccoli were very tasty together. Felt it needed more salt, and a generous addition of pepper made the flavors pop. Will put in the meal rotation!

This was delicious!! I added chicken, sharp white cheddar and sun dried tomatoes. Also, added more dijon to taste. Through it in a casserole dish and broiled the top of it for a nice crispy texture. SO yummy!!!
