    Made this salad tonight because I had all of the ingredients. My husband (who is picky) and I LOVED it. I did omit the red onion as I am not a fan and I used turkey bacon, but even with these changes, it was a wonderful salad!

    Made this salad last night, LOVED it! And had leftovers with dinner tonight and it was even better! (Also snuck a few spoonfuls of it during the day :) I made it exactly like the recipe said but used turkey bacon instead. I just saved the leftover pecans and bacon in a little container and added them into the rest of the salad tonight. Can't wait to make it again.....

    This is going to be my picnic side from now on! Delicious and a crowd-pleaser! A wonderful alternative to all the usual suspects. I served it to 20 people at a fall football game and everyone loved it. I made the salad about 24 hours before serving and put it in the fridge with a baggie with the pecans and bacon bits taped to the lid. Instead of fooling with cooking bacon, I used about 2 oz of the 3 oz pouch of "real bacon pieces" sold at the grocery store. I found the amount of dressing to be just right, perhaps because the pasta absorbed some overnight.

    A co-worker brought me a small container of this pasta to try and it was wonderful. I wished for a bigger container. She omitted the bacon and pecans, but it was really delish. The pasta was al dente and the brocolli did not have that raw bitter taste it can sometimes leave. The addition of the grapes and onions balanced everything out. So yummy! I want more! You MUST try this recipe!

    What a great healthy salad! The vegetarians at our tailgate party loved this! Did not have red wine vinegar, so I used balsamic vinegar instead and it was out of this world! Tip: fresh is always better- try to get fresh pecans- it makes a nice difference.

    Wonderful salad! I made it for a ladie's luncheon and they all wanted the recipe!!! I served the bacon and pecans in separate bowls for vegetarians and/or those with nut allergies.

    Tasted great! I used honey roasted peanuts and it came out great still. I followed recommendations and stirfried the broccoli to avoid that raw broccoli taste and it was great!

    I made this with a couple of modifications. I'm allergic to nuts, so I substituted sunflower seeds for the pecans. Was short on time, so I used a packet of bacon pieces. And rather than leaving the seeds & bacon for the end, I mixed them in before I refrigerated the salad. It was a huge hit in my house... it's definitely going into our regular rotation! Thanks!

    A huge hit at a recent BBQ that I went to! I used 1/2 cup pecans & 1/2 cup slivered almonds! The change I will make for the next time I make this dish, would be to cook the broccoli and shock it in an ice bath.. To take out the raw flavor! Great texture and very yummy!!

    I did a slightly modified version of the dressing, with a little less fat involved: - I used light mayo, and less than called for - Added in about 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice - I subbed cider vinegar for the red wine version called for - I was able to use a little less sugar also, as I had shallots on hand instead of red onion, which are sweeter. I very finely chopped them and whisked in with the other dressing contents. The result was a sweet but tangy salad which went over well!

    LOVED this! Oddly enough, the first few bites were kind of weird, and my mom agreed. Once I ate about two to three bites, I loved it! Doubled the recipe and left it in the fridge... gone so fast! A great salad and a nice thing to have in the fridge to nibble on. Am buying the ingredients to throw it together for tomorrow's lunch! Try it!!!

    Wonderful Salad...taking it to family Christmas party so we'll see how it goes over. I added a few things to just jazz it up a bit....about a half a cauliflower and small cheddar cheese cubes...what goes better with broccoli and cauliflower but cheese. I almost doubled the recipe as we have a large group and I wanted to have extra for the vegetarians in the group I will put a small bowl on the side without the bacon. I made this salad for my husband and I a few weeks ago and we really enjoyed it we didn't put the grapes in it though so we'll see if we like it this time with the grapes. I made another half of the sauce because it looked a little dry...it's perfect!

    Super delish people! It didn't make as much as I thought it would. Just enough for little ol' me and my big lunch tomorrow. Oh and save yourself some mayonnaise. I made half the dressing and still have some to spare. The bacon is a must: salty bits balance scrumptiously with the sweet dressing. No pecans for me. I am boycotting pecans at the moment because you have to sell your soul to the devil to afford them. But, if you're fancy schmancy, they'd be a great addition!

    Hi- This Broccoli, Grape and Pasta Salad is so good- the best I have ever made or eaten. I made this in a double batch and took it to a Women's club meeting, and I was a hit with this salad !!!!! Everyone latched on to the recipe......I told them where it came from. This is great !!!!!

    The combination of flavors is amazing. Love what the grapes do to the salad. Really don't need that much sugar the grapes give it all the sweetness its needs.

    Made this for a Memorial Day party in the neighborhood and it was fantastic! Used low fat mayo and a 12 oz box of pasta. The dressing is great. Beautiful presentation, too!

    Perfect!! One of my favorite recipes, summer thru winter ... it never gets old, and can be customized in a myriad of different ways, if desired - tho I find it to be simply amazing, as is! I've occasionally substituted local honey for the sugar, which is also very tasty - but as I said, it's perfect already, when the recipe is followed exactly as stated. Always amazes me when the mixture goes from slightly watery before refrigerating, to just the right consistency three hours later! :) Highly recommended ~

    As I was cutting up the broccoli I thought, "I'm never going to make this again" because cutting the broccoli into small pieces is a bit of a pain. The little round ends of the florets get under your fingernails and make a bit of a mess rolling off the cutting board and all over the counter. But when I tasted the finished product I changed my mind. This is really yummy! I'm definitely going to make it again. I did make a couple of changes. I used lite mayo and omitted the bacon as I don't use bacon and didn't want to buy a whole package for just a few slices.

    This got rave reviews at a church potluck. Only change I made was to sub sunflower kernels for the pecans. A lot of times salads can come out too dry, without enough dressing, but this was perfect.

    This is one of the best pasta salads I've ever eaten. I made it for our Life Group meeting and everyone raved about it. Will definitely make again and often.
