I have made this as large muffins and in a regular 8x8 pan. I have also doubled it and put it in a 9x13 pan. Every time my family loves it! Great with chili.

I made these as regular-sized muffins. I could have made a meal out of these alone, but they're a great accompaniment to soup or as a brunch addition.
