Cook broccoli according to package directions. If using fresh borccoli, cut into bite sized pieces and steam or cook until crisp tender. You need to saute the onion and celery in the butter or margarine prior to adding to the broccoli, cheese, soup, rice mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together all ingredients, except for buttered bread crumbs
and bake at 350 for about 45 to 50 minutes, then top with bread crumbs and bake for another 10 minutes.
