Brittany's chicken and rice casserole

A yummy chicken and rice casserole that will simply make you, your kids or you husband's day terrific. The amount doesn't honestly matter make as little or much as you can and feel free to change it up a bit! (All spices are optional)

  • 2 cup(s) Dirty rice To taste
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Uncooked fajita chicken Shredded
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 1 Green bell pepper Diced
  • 3/4 cup(s) Cream of chicken To taste
  • 3/4 cup(s) Cream of mushroom To taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil To taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Seasoned salt To taste
  • 2 clove(s) Garlic cloves Diced
  • 1/2 cup(s) Light sour cream To taste
  • 1 cup(s) Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 2 Mushrooms Diced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Basil To taste
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Cilantro Shredded
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cayenne pepper To taste
  • 1/2 cup(s) Tomatoes Diced or shredded
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Oregano To taste
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Paprika To taste
  • 1 cup(s) Chicken broth To taste (optional)


  1. Mix diced onions; bell peppers; cream of chicken and mushrooms; olive oil; seasoned salt; diced garlic; sour cream; mushrooms; basil; cilantro; diced tomato; oregano; cayenne pepper; chicken broth; and paprika in large bowl. Once your mixture is done put in your dish and then mix in dirty rice and chicken; either get chicken cooked before or get already cooked chicken. Once all is in dish cook mixture at 375 and at about 45 mins-hour
