Brisket Red Sauce

Yield Makes 3 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar

How to Make It

  1. Stir together all ingredients until blended. Serve sauce heated or at room temperature.
