Brisket Mopping Sauce
This is enough sauce for about two briskets, so make half the recipe if you're preparing just one.
This recipe goes with Traditional Brisket
Yield: Makes 4 cups
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle beer
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 onion, minced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Brisket Rub
- Stir together all ingredients until blended.
