- 1 cup(s) Liquid Smoke
- 1 cup(s) Wishishere
- 1/4 cup(s) Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 cup(s) Water
- 1 dash(es) Pepper
- Bring ingredients to a boil then turn down and allow to simmer for 20 minutes
- Cool completely
- In an oven bake bag, Place brisket and pour cooled marinade into bag
- Marinate all night and turn if possible
- Remove from bag and seer on grill (if you have one)
- Get a new oven bag and cook brisket on 275 for 3 hours
